Hutch Hutchinson

Hutch Hutchinson is a senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience in leading business, technology, and community transformation. He has a demonstrated ability to deliver strategic, financial and operational excellence while restructuring and building strong, motivated teams. 

Hutchinson’s expertise includes: strategic planning and execution; project, program and portfolio management; business process innovation and transformation; leadership development and change management; and information technology development and execution.

For the past 16 years Hutchinson has served as CEO of Be One, Inc., a performance coaching and consulting services firm focused on enhancing the return on people, process, and technology. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University teaching Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Recently, Hutchinson designed and was awarded the Department of Commerce i6 Challenge Grant for CareerSource Broward. He is also the Regional Program Manager for Startup Quest, part of a $12M state-wide grant from the U.S. Dept. of Labor to train people with college degrees to become entrepreneurs.

From 2007 to 2012, Hutchinson was a Florida chairman of Vistage International, an international organization dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and enhancing the lives of CEOs with over 15,000 Members in 16 countries,

Earlier in his career, Hutchinson held the positions of Vice President of Technologies for eight years with American Express; CIO and Senior Vice President of business integration at Aviation Sales; Senior Manager of Technology at Racal Datacom; and Systems Consultant with Anderson Consulting.

He has a BSEE degree in Energy/Power Management and Systems Technology from San Diego State University-California State University.
